The short version.

We collect what you choose to send us so we can answer you about your project. We don’t sell it, rent it or trade it. That’s it.

What we collect

When you fill in a contact or consultation form on this site we receive what you type in:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the project address and the type of service you picked;
• anything you write in the message box.

Like most websites, our hosting may also record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visited, used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, schedule a consultation, visit the property if you’ve asked us to, and prepare an estimate. We may keep your request on file so we have the history of your project.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We only share what’s needed to do the work you asked about — for example with an engineering partner reviewing your plans — or where the law requires it. Form submissions are delivered to us through our website provider.

Want us to update or delete what you sent? Call us at (727) 491-9077, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, and we’ll take care of it.
