    Utilities made safe before the work goes further.

    Debris haul

    The debris hauled away, so the house can dry out and be assessed.

    Mold remediation

    Affected materials treated or removed before anything is closed up.

Case study

The bungalow that wasn’t too far gone.

Isla Breeze, a flooded 1940s beach bungalow in Madeira Beach, was handed a substantial-damage determination. Working with the City of Madeira Beach and our engineering partner, we got it reversed and the permit issued.

Now the house is being rebuilt from the studs out instead of torn down.
